What would you cook? - Contest for the month of July

Honey dew,

Dry fruits, nuts and spices like r.chillies, ginger & garlic is fine.

The main point here is you too had been to your mom's place and arrived that evening back home. So you haven't stocked up your fridge with any veggies, fruits, milk, curd, etc. Neither is your pantry too with any edible items.

Not many of us stock up and go when we go to our mom's place (esp. a few days stay there) right? For most husband's don't even attempt to enter the kitchen in our absence, is it not?

The trick lies there...how good a host you turn out to be when a sudden guest appears at home giving a short notice and that too when you have almost nothing to cook at home.
