No other veggies other than 3 brinjals and 2 tomatoes.

Dry methi probably is assumed as part of the spices you have stocked. So go ahead...with as many menu options you would want.

BTW, hope you were aware that you had only about 45mins to an hour to prepare the dinner for your sudden guest. Your menu included soaking channa dal and making an item and also some baking items!!

forty five minutes is a long long time
women these days are quite capable
of making jiffy meals

Can i use onion, ginger , garlic ,redchillies.

can i assume like having fruits, dry fruits and nuts .How abt raw popcorn ,snacks at home .
