Isn't it due for announcing the winner of this contest - 'the best gift you received or gave someone'???

Among the entries we received, Varalotti's write up about the best gift he received is found to be in the first position. CONGRATULATIONS, Sridhar .

However, Sridhar being our resident writer, has gracefully told us to consider the other entries for the prize. Hence, the prize goes to "the best" of the remaining entries.

Dear Chithra,

(Habba, at last I have learned to spell your name with a h in it. Please forgive me for the wrong spelling so far. I know how important it is. My wife cannot bear even a doctor leaving out the h in her name while writing her prescriptions. She can tolerate a wrong prescription but not the wrong spelling)
