IL Treasure Hunt Final Questions - Final Set!

Most Gracious ILites,

Team C congratulates the treasure hunters who have entered the finals and those who have moved on to today's questions

As you are now aware we have a different set of rules for Finals.

1 The Finals will be for seven days ending on the date of IL Anniversary, i.e .29th March, 2008. And today is that day. So first things first, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY IL!

2 Only those who have given right answers to the questions asked on 28th March are eligible to answer today's question. Answers sent in by any other ILite will not be considered.

3 There will be two questions every day in the Finals. You will have to answer them both.

4 The questions are bound to be tough in the Finals. It is possible that with toughness some degree of ambiguity might creep in. Team C has had enough discussions on the questions and answers. Needless to say Team C is well-equipped to handle any issues on ambiguity and that the decision of Team C is final.

Question 1

Once a thread in Indusladies got an award for the number of views and replies it got. Name the thread and the winner of the Award.

Question 2

One of our gems was lost in a database crash and a quite a few posts were lost from that thread. Can you name the thread and the member who took up the lead in recreating the thread and restoring it to its original glory?

You have time till 7:30 AM Indian Standard Time, 30th March 2008 to send in your answers.

Take your time. Search for these particular pearls in the treasure garden of IL. Once you know the answer...

The much awaited answers for the final set of questions for the treasure hunt.

The answer to question 1:

" The Scar" A story by Varalotti. It got the best poster of the month award.

The answer to question 2:

Please note that we very specifically asked for " database crash" and not for server upgrade. We were referring to the databse crash that happened in July of 2007. There are two possible answers for this question.:

1. She Episode 14, Thread recreated by Varalotti. You can find the comments relating to that here


2. After 35 years, from age 25 to 60, is India still your home country. Shobanag took the lead in recreating this thread.
