Great effort and Congratulations to all of u for setting up such a nice contest.
Will be waiting for the next contest. This month was a great fun searching for the answers. Can understand how much tough time u people must have had in setting the questions and finding out the winners. Hats off to u people. Indus Ladies site is really a boon toall of us. I dont think there is any other site like this. People are likea family here. After retiring from office now i find this as my second home. Everyday I dont miss to log in to this site.

Three cheers to you the four man/woman army. It must have been an extermely tough job,organising,conducting and moderating the results. Inspite of all your multifarious work, you have been so diligent, on time posting of answers and the variety in selecting questions. In the process of searching for answers to your questions I have been able to read a lot of posts. I would not have been able to do this in ordinary circumstances.Certainly I think ILites has had a phenomenal growth because of people like yo and the other moderators and others. Certainly it will not be long before ILites reaches the 5 lakh mark.
