In another one hour and a half, the great, delicious contest will come to an end. The screens coming down from competitors point of view, but raising the lids of the judges !! I have just tried out a "very simple" recipie and had posted the same with my daughter attaching the photos.

It is really interesting just for the fact that I have been a part of this wonderful contest. May I take pleasure in wishing all the participants with luck and may the "best recipie" win the title !!

This is a "metro-stylish-sophistcated" version of Besan Kheer, I have posted. Mine is a simple version.
I selected the above because it has a unique aroma with less commonly used ingredients.

One IL ite had sent 8 entires & another 3. 2 ladies had sent 2 entries, each.
I applaud their efforts !

Ofcourse, there were some photos "lifted" from the net and they were disqualified.
In a few recipes, there were some flaws in the method in which they were written and in some, the proportion of ingredients was not correct.
I wish to make special mention of the following recipes, which also vied for the best entry;
Arunarc - Diamond Curry
Slp (sreelatha) - Barada (Besan curry)
Shanvy - Besan idli

Moonbeams, please send your address to induslady so that she can arrange to send you the gift.
On hearing from induslady, the recipes will be posted in the appropriate forum.
