Inspite of so many of you promising to take part in the contest, we have received only a few entries!

Inspite of my having posted 1000 + recipes, have I been unsuccessful in "creating a stir" in you, to participate in the competition ?

Well friends, your not joining us here, reflects on all those who contribute recipes in this forum !

Actually maam, contributing a recipe is no problem...V mostly try new for every occassion. But the challenge is the photo with the recipe v have to send, for that v have to take our timeout from out busy schedule n cook,bake a new recipe everyday n click the photo then load n send.Well v have to squeese timeout from our busy day with kids .....Its not that v don,t cook or eat everyday...As the theme s Besan...N the recipe comes in mind is pakoda bhajia.podi sweet..( and as uu see this straightly goes to our stomachs adding a few more pounds to our weight..)..So trying for something new n best.....Will try to send more...

Rush in your entries. Dont make me, a cooking challenged person come there,participate and win the prize. Then you will all feel very sheepish.

Well, mine is a quirky story. I wanted to join this Besan contest, so I made my signature besan dish. Sadly, husband was in Holland with the digital camera, so was waiting for him to take the pic. And then came a few guests and my sweet went down their throats. I am left high and dry.

Goodluck girls! May the best besan win!
