Why not? I think strangers can become good friends after knowing each other well. Example......we all on this website......we dont know each other but still, we are discussing about lot of things and sharing views, helping each other with good suggestions.....
ya friendship starts with strangers .. born friendship will be very limited and less .. to expand friendship needs to explore and select good onees
