    Let me start with my routine.

    Nenu last two days ninchi aerobics start chesanu. Ivala added suryanamaskaras too.
    Also daily morning Warm water lo lemon and honey mix chesi tagutunna.

    nenu roju lemon water thaguthanu with honey and night only fruits for dinner and avoiding oily food.choclates vadhu ani matram chapa vadhu :hide: I love them.

    Ammulur nenu intakamundu min 3-4 litres water tagedanni US velli vachinappatinundi baga taggipoindi intake so conscious ga effort petti ippudu 1.5-2 litres varaku tegaliganu hope to go back to 3-4 litres again.

    Bavi only fruits for dinner aa nenu anukunta kani hubby edo okati cook cheyamanagane malli tinestanu i will try to keep to it.
