I guess you are back in Chennai now. Hope your husband is better now. You must be missing him a lot . My daughter leaves next monday :icon_frown: and my parents leave next saturday :icon_frown: :icon_frown: . So, in one week - my house will be empty!! I am not looking forward to the next week at all - it is going to be tough. I am sorry that I have not yet sent you a snap - trying to find a good one - so you will recognize me. I will do so soon. In the meantime, hope all is well at your end.

I am fine.My husband is much better now.I am still in Abudhabi.I am planning to go to Chennai only in Oct.Where has your daughter joined?Do not worry you will get used to your daughter's absence.Remember her career and studies are important.I miss my children too but what to do?I have managed to shuttle between.I am planning to bring my daughter over after she finishes her 12th.Awaiting ur snap.I am am really curious to know how look.I have only the young petite Shobana in mind with well shaped nails!!!!!!!!!!!!!I will try to send my snap.

Hi Kanaki - well, my daughter is going to University of Nebraska at Lincoln. It is a 3 hour drive by car from here. So, it is not too far but it is not going to be the same in our house. I am adjusting to the fact that she is a grown woman (almost!) and I have to let her go. But it will be an adjustment for us - will have to find new hobbies to keep myself occupied. I know the next few months will be busy at work for me as well - so I will keep myself occupied. Glad to hear that your husband is improving.

I am a perfect combatorerian , born , bread. Hmm i am abck for my vaction and could spend only 1 week with my parents. Living in Zambia i was suprise when i came here and found a good bunch of coimbatoreians in 2002. We are everywhere !!
Studied in Avila and did Bcom in Kirshnammal and MBA in GRD any old friend in here.

Wonderful city as to manners and climate.

Nice to see your postings.Which was the year you studied in CIT?My brother did his BTech chemical there.Then went on to his MTech in Kanpur IIT.Later my cousin and niece did their engineering.I stayed in CBE for 20 years.Myself and Shobana were school mates in Mani High School.I really miss Coimbatore...........

It's Nice to note both Shobana & You studied at Manis High School and revived your olden days memoirs.

You have said that your brother did his BTech at CIT and which year, may be if it is during 67-72 sets, we may know each other as I used to play cricket and Hockey for the Collage Team as well as a scorer for all tournements at CIT.
