Investing in Coimbatore or Tirupur

Hi guys,

We are planning to invest some money in real estate. As we are basically from cbe zone (Erode) we are planning to invest in either cbe or tirupur.
As Tup is a new district now, will the prices for land will still appreciate faster than coimbatore?

Or is it wise to invest in cbe only, will that appreciate faster?

Shall we invest now or have to wait for the price to still come down?

Can anyone please throw some light on this?

as of i know itz better for you to invest in coimbatore.....
i think the prices wont go down in main areas....
the outer is also developing....so no chances of price down.....
the prices may start increase by 4-5months from now....so better start to look for the site now......

surely there will be rise in the price.....
are you from erode?

It is best to invest in Tirupur. Since Tirupur has become Separate District very recently & also it is a Export Hub of India.

In Investment Angle - you will get good returns as the Rental Value is high
compared to Coimbatore & Erode.
