    Hi All,

    I want to buy synthetic salwar kameez with mild work on it , for office wear. I visited pothys .. the collection is not good either too gaudy or too simple.

    I want to buy in some free flowly material like chiffon or crepe.

    Please suggest some shops were i can get them...

    check pretty woman (mylapore , near lus bus stop)...and the very next shop to it(sorry i don't remember the name).

    otherwise check waves(annanagar), near shanthi colony

    Hi Brinda,

    I do agree with Ruby. Synthetic Salwar Kameez is good choice for office wear. I also used to wear synthetic Salwar Kameez sometimes and previously. What Ruby mentioned you can buy materials and stich it would be good. Chiffon, Crape both are fine.

    i get my salwars from ANMOL in fountain plaza it is the parking lot he has some good collections some times you get good stuff from NALLI 100

    You can buy crepe material from Nalli 100, Kumaran Silks, Chennai Silks at T.Nagar and MadharSha in Purasaiwalkam. The material will be rolled and kept. they have sets also.
