| Ramya, Have you tried using baking soda and water to remove it? Line the drip trays with aluminium foil so you will not need to clean them everyday. If the drip trays are not of good quality then it might be rust stains that you see on them. In this case you might consider replacing them! Gayathri |

| Hi, I am using Barkeepers Friend powder to remove any tough stains, you can use the same to clean copper, stainless steel vessals.. I do not use any as I have tried every thing and none gave statisfaction like this.. Please try it you won't belive how easy it is. Regards Birraj |
