| | Saree bag
hi All,
I got a saree bag few days back. I am new to this. Can I keep more than one silk saree in a bag or each saree in a bag? Whether I can keep saree directly in that bag or I have to cover it with cloth and keep?
Regards
Ani

If i am correct, your sari bag looks like suitcase/briefcase. that bag can contain nearly 40 saris (ironed). and you should not lift that bag. you can just keep in your cupboard.

Hi Cindhu,
I got that bag in Saravana Stores(Next to RMKV) in T.Nagar. We can keep silk sarees in that instead of keeping the sarees directly in cupboard.

Hi Latha,
Saree bag which i got is not like briefcase/Suitcase. It is like cloth bag. Its capacity is 4 to 5 sarees. Can i keep 5 sarees together in the bag?

The saree bag can easily accommodate 6 to 7 saris. We have a blouse bag also.
As padmini said you cant lift the bag. you can store it in your cubboard

dear,
the same only i also asked. it will not have any handle to lift, and also it will have polythene visible sides so that you can see your sarees inside.
and also, yes, there is blouse bag also. it will be in the shape of pressed (iron) blouse. you can keep more than 25 blouses inside. these two i had it for so many years. then only the zip got torn. You can keep both the bags in your cupboard but it s not adviceable to carry outside.
