Hello Lalitha,
For bills and data, you can open seperate MS-Excel files and there are many money management softwares avaiable online there are even web-apps to manage your money so you dont need to download software(mint.com, mvelopes.com) Try searching for "money management software" on google, you will get lots....
For everything else, follow the basic rule- "everything has a place, and everything in its place)
* You can do small chores like arranging the pots and pans, washing the piled up coffee mugs, making your bed, cleaning the kitchen floor/wash basin or quickly pressing your next day's clothes in 2-3 minutes, while you are waiting for your coffee in the microwave etc (instead of standing infront of it and waiting)
* Hang a big "to-do" list and "shopping list" on your refridgerator so that you dont need to think when you ae out shopping.
* While you are watching tv, you can do some floor exercises or during the commercials, you can again do some tasks which wud take only 2-3 minutes.
I'll come up with more....
Till then, good luck and be organised!
Cheers.
