| Hi Sapna, I used to wrap the coriander leaves in a paper towel tightly and keep it in the fridge. It stays for days, but my co-sister, after wrapping it she will put it in a air-tight box and keep it in the fridge. Hope it helps! sriniketan |

| I also store it in air tight containers. The tissue paper idea sounds good.

| Hi all, Just now I bought, but with the worry of how to keep it fresh for more days. I tried keeping in airtight container, but it got spoiled. May be because I kept in Freezer. I will try the tissue paper method. Thank u so much. ~Durga |

| Always works for me ...leave the roots intact ...dont wash the corriander ...but towel dry it and keep in air tight container ..mine keeps for days in the fridge check for the black leaves discard them when u see some cos they will spoil the whole bunches ![]() |
