| Should try this tip out, Raj! I am storing coriander, curry leaves (even mint) in an air-tight plastic box covering the base and top with tissue paper. First time the curry leaves have remained fresh and green for over 2 weeks. Latha |

| This works: Chop the roots of the coriander, sqeeze lemon juice near the root ends and wrap the bunch in a tissue paper and put it in the fridge... Mine stays for weeks totally green. |

| I put them in the freezer. It has the fresh smell for months also. When you want to use it take as much as you want and put the rest imd back in the freezer to avoid black rotten leaes.
