Toilet cleaning

Hello friends.
My mothers house in india has white toilet and white tiles(indian style).It is a nightmare to clean.I mean there are no toilet stains in it.But the problem is it is becoming yellow with water and dust stains.And it is really very very difficult to get rid of those stains.Even the toilet bowl has marks of flushing water(exactly similar to rib cage) as water gets flushed that way.We have tried evrything.toilet cleaning acid,harpic etc but no use.even after spending nearly 45 mins per toilet still they are not sparkling white.Any ideas????????Previously we used to live in flats and there also we had white toilet and my mom used to clean it just with soap water and it was ever shining,but now in our new house whatever we do it just wont work.
Also specially the area of the toilet bowl (indian style) where feet is to be kept gets dirty and has dust kind of yellow stains.please suggest some tips.Why some toilets are so easy to clean and some are not????????????? We had really clean toilet in our proevious house without much effort and now nothing works.

Hi preethi,

It is because of the water... no amount of acid, harpic is helping...i have tried everything.....even the tiles get the same kind of yellowish stain...but continously cleaning at least leaves it manageable...but i can understand how it looks..... I wish i had some other color...
