I would like to know about bpo jobs, whether its suitable for girls, because night shifts give me little fear. at present i am working in a small company near my place and earning 6000/- without any strain. i am an mca and i dont want to stick on to this salary....
Friends help me out.. i am so confused... whether i will be able to work in bpo, how the work will be like that. i am a fresher just for the past 2 months i am working near my place.
Hello Jaya, BPO profile is not something below the mark and is not something to be ashamed of. Like any other profile, you should be happy about the BPO opportunity. Not many people get to directly interact with the client and prove their skills. Moreover your communication etiquettes will drastically improve down the lane and in no more than a year you will find yourself transformed from a meek person to a confident individual who will be ready to face any situation with a positive attitude. I started my career in a BPO and hence I am sharing this with you. I agree, the pressure levels would be little on a higher scale but believe me, I loved every moment of it. I respected the challenges and strived hard to deliver the requirements with flying colors and appreciations. Anyways, I do agree that night shifts are one disadvantage for women employees but it all depends on how you take it up and balance your life. All the best Jaya!!
Cheers
Uma
