which is the best place to give birthday treat in chennai???

i m presently studyin in col...even though i have been in chennai (annanagar) for quite some years, i have been brought up in a way that anything i do has 2 be decided by my parents...now i m going 2 celebrate my 21st b'day next month...but i m short of ideas as to where i can give treat 2 my friends...we r 16 in number.... i want u all 2 help me regarding any gud place where i can take my friends for a treat....my budget is within 1000/700rs for 16 members....can u please help me by providing some information....

sorry for the late reply....actually i want to take them after college because i am having college on that day......that means lunch since i am in day college....maybe later followed by juice or ice-cream session depending on the budget... my budget is like wat i said above...

For juice - Fruit shop on Greams Road would be a nice choice. They have a branch in Spencer Plaza too.
Ice Cream - Quite a few parlours are there - You can check out Moevenpick in Nungambakkam, theres one opp to music academy - next to Palki restaurant (forgot the name)....
If your budget permits, you can check out Casa Piccolo or Barista outlets.
