Purvankara builder review needed

Hi everyone, I am planning to book a flat in chennai by purvankara builders. i would like to know about their reputation, quality of the building ,and if anyone have bought from the same builder, your personal experience with this builder will be helpful if u could share on this forum. Thank you.

One of our friends has brought from them. they feel that there is a little negligence to some minute details...and they have a late payment attracting 24% charges...

i think you have to exactly look at the finer prints in detail.

I request you not to buy the flat from purva builders

We have a flat in purva they will never give u the aminities they have promised.

If they show any aminities in brouche which is not a part of agreement forget that u will ever get that amenity in ur comples.
They will ealrly say its not in our agreemtn.
very bad construction quality

My sincere request if u have money donate it atleat u weill get some blessing.
if u want to make ur life miserable go and buy the apartment in Purva..
