    hi all,

finally i found one good place to buy daily use cotton chudi materials in chennai :). panteon road in egmore. really we can buy softcotton materials (but only mix n match). cost is also ok. u should bargain.

top material 1 meter u can buy for 60 rupees not more than that , pant material 1 merter 50 rupess. totally cost of one chudi will come around 300 rs. so for daily use it is worth.

    landmark:

from egmore railway station take auto or bus (17D)
    get down in co-optex
next street to co-optex is pantheon road ( road side shops)

    hope this will be helpfull..........................:)

    Hey ladies..

Nice i too bought few cotton dresses from Panthene road.. Yes, it good for its price and also some dresses stays for longer period than expected :)

I have one suggestion if you want some good cottons for 500 to 800 rupees check out Pretty Women at Luz corner. Its near Shanthi Vihar and opposite to Orchard. Very nice collections and you will not get booblings at all in your dress even if you wash many times in washing machine..

If you guys know any shops for cotton sarees let me know !

    Regards,
    Bharu

I mostly shop is Pothy's , price is very reasonable. RMKV & Globus also have very good collections. Some shops in Cisons complex in Pantheon road also have very cool collections.
