Want to have happy mood always?

Hi Brainlites,

Want to give food to brain?,,Haa dont get me wrong .I´m saying eat food which is good for ur brain.As u know we do all the work with brain so its good if we give enough food to it so, that it will be happy and consequently we are going to have joyfull mood most of the time..

So here goes the food list..

Wild salmon,mackerel,canola oil, dark green veg,green peas,chickpeas,chicken,sun flower seeds,avocado,blueberrys,broccoli,walnuts,olive oil,spinach..
Include atleast one of these in ur daily food..

Nice tip. Without knowing these i have been including almost 90% of the above in our meal, though not daily atleast thrice in a week. Thanks for sharing yar.

I am sorry I don´t live in U.S but I am sure that You will get them in any supermarkets fresh and frozen..

Mackerel is a kind of fish.. and dark green veggies means like spinach,green bell pepper,braccoli etc..
