hi
you can give some hot water fermantation to your neck and shoulder .muscles in neck and shoulder must have been rigid because of poor posture while sleeping or working. check on that.
secondly, you rotate the thumb of one hand with another hand clockwise 5 times and anticlockwise 5 times. do this as much as possible. this will immediately relax your neck muscles.
give massage in the wrist region of both hands.
same rotation you can do on each toe also and give massage in the ankle region.
do not worry you will be alright.
this method is reflexlogy and acupressure.

ayurvedic therapies are effective as a preventive measure to avoid the possible spine and joint complications. Because of weak supportive tissues that holding the spine/joints, infection or insufficient circulation around spine creates back and neck problems. |

I used to suffer from neck and shoulder pain to such an extent that I was not even able to hold my handbag. I went to the orthopaedician who put me on some medicine and physiotherapy. After that I was feeling better, but when I continue working on the computer, my pain also increased.
Then I joined a yoga class, and gradually I became completely alright. Now I practise yoga regularly and no such complaints, even though I continue working on the computer.
Yoga is a great therapy for several health problems.
