even if i bath every day i keep on smelling bad about 2 hrs after my bath especially when i wear nighties what shd i do 2 prevent this

Another option would be to try using less spices in the food. Your pH level in the body may be off balance as well. You can try and take a bath with a neutralizer and see if that helps. Thanks, OOPALL!

During bath add few drops of lemon to ur bath tub... this will help u to aviod bad odour... you can also add ur fav. aroma oil to the bath tub so tht u will be smelling good all the day and also it will nourish the skin... drink atleast 10 glasses of water per day.. and keep ur underams clean and shaved...
Hi, You got some good suggestions. Also try to make sure that you wear freshly washed clothes and undergarments. Wax or shave underarms and apply deo everyday. In summer use scented powders and winter use scented lotions. Yes, taking 8-10 glasses of water helps as well. FL
Apply deodorant after you taking a bath,..avoid wear clothes without freshener. Use soap anti-bacterial.
After bath, splash a mug of home made rinse all over body, wait for a few minutes and just dab off with towel. ( dont rub towel) Home made rinses : 1. Vettiver ( can get in native medicine shops, jari-booti shops): Soak one handful in one big mug of cold water for 2 hours. Strain out the vettiver and use water. 2. Cut orange and lemon rinds into tiny strips. Soak in water for 3 hours. Strain and use water. ( The peels need not be only fresh. they can be collected as and when available, chopped, dried and stored also) 3. One small drop Lemongrass Oil in one mug water. 4. Dettol or Savlon, or Eau De Cologne Once in week, avoid soap, use traditional bath powder. This will remove dead skin cells and grime better than soap. Or, make your own granular exfoliating powder with Besan + granular sugar or table salt + youghurt + rosewater. Avoid synthetic underclothes and nighties. Eat less of spicy and strongly masala-fied foods.
Lifebuoy Soap also gets rid of bad smell.. Wax your underarms and your body if it is hairy.. Apply some good deospray in your underams . You can also try some body mist after bath. You can apply powder also to absorb the excess sweat or moisture that is causing the bad smell. You have to also reduce meat and fried stuff. Eat lot of fruits and drink plenty of water to flush the toxins from the body.
