1. Never use hair removal creams. They darken your skin. Use wax to remove hair. It clears your under arms too.
2. Use lemon peel to rub the area or curd turmeric paste as a pack for 5 minutes. For details, see my response posted for Darker Hands thread.
3. Bleach the area once-twice a month and than message with good quantity of creame.

do not shave under arm area or do not use hair removal creams as these will aggravate the problem. Do waxing as this is the best method

I have never used hair removal creams as I am sure that they would make the skin dark (anywhere underarms or bikini area)
if we get underarms waxed most of the darkness will be faded or go away slowly. I usually shave and try to ensure that i use deo sticks or apply moisturizer daily...darkness is because of the dryness or excessive sweat so we have to avoid both of these..
i think in teh bikini area I also have this problem of darkness.but when i use besan and haldi mixed in curd and use it as a body wrap slowly it faded. however it needs lot of patience to get good results. slowly i gave it up..might be i have to start it again.
almond oil or olive oil massaging on the dark areas always helps alot...it lightens the skin..

For dark underarms apply lemon juice mixed with cucumber juice and a pinch of turmeric daily. Leave this on for 20 minutes.
