Hi just try to have milk based products which has fat.Thick curd,milk,ghee all have to regularly take in ur foods.

Then wear correct bra.

Lightly adjust ur strap tightly that is upward direction which shows the breast big.Most of the time after having one big glass of milk.u can lie on bed back front that is ur front side had to be down and back side have to be up.U dnt need to massage or do anything.u have to lie in this position for just 30mins during this process ur bra hooks have to be removed.becos too much tight during sleep mostly affects breast size hence in night lightly remove the hooks.ur hands have to be straight.

why i am sayin this is eating fat products alone wont makes the fat sometimes these fats may deposit in tummy or lap side hence the sleeping cocept will work well.

take 1 spoon ghee along with lunch and dinner everyday. try it for few weeks. if you dont get any improvement then you can stop.
