All these so called artificial creams are the one which causes unwanted skin infections and lead to cancer of the skin,breast etc.

Massage your breasts daily with either coconut oil,til oil,almond or olive oil.Leave for 20 mnts.Take a bath.You will see results in 4-6 weeks time.

Fungreek seeds have to be taken along with the water soked overnight or just the water and no fungreek.

Please let me know how to use fenugreek seeds for best results?

I've been trying this and my c's are a lot fuller. I also massage for a few minutes with castor oil mix with coconut oil. I love the feel afterwards (I can feel the heat after my massage).

Bust is made up of mostly fat, notice that if you gain weight then your bust size can increase. It is recommended that you drink milk (regular kind) mixed with 1 condensed milk, drink this before going to bed. The mixture should be creamy ***WARNING****
You will not only gain fat for the breast area but you will also add fat to other parts of the body.

Hi Neets, I just want to make sure that taking methi, really helps in increasing the bust size. Do we need to take only the water in which the methi has been soaked? For how long should we take this for the difference? I hope we don't put on weight in other parts ?! Is this water easy to have, is it 'kadva'? Any side effects would be there? Please, please answer! Divya ,fenugreek is widely available in grocery stores and its name in different languages are methi(hindi), menthulu(telugu) and venthyam(tamil).

how did you intake the fenugreek seeds( by just swallowing the seeds along with water or by some other way). Just swallowing the seeds or powder with water, will it work out ?, after how many days can v see the diffrence...pls tell me, i am very eager to do this and waiting for a good result soon. , Thanks....
