hi all, i'm new to this forum. i read many threads and found it useful. so i also thouht of starting this thread to clear my doubts. i had 2 c-section and as a result i have a big tyre like structure around my hip.i used to be lean earlier but now i'm so depressed. tried many diet plans exercises but of no use. can anybody suggest specific diet or exercise or other remedy for this? thanks in advance priya.
hi priya, i think proper diet and regular exercise can get u back in to shape.i suggest u see a dietician if possible because they can suggest the right healthy diet according to ur body structure.with little focus u can definitely get ur shape back.try walkin atleast 45 mins a day and include lotsa of fruits and green veggies in ur diet. takecare. pavithra:wave
hi lady, i have one suggestion for a beautiful hip.you can do some yoga such as pranayama and vaggrasana. pranayama hepls to get reduce from hip and stomach extra growth. try if you know or go to some yoga classes conducted. regards, vaidegi.
hi here is my suggestion for a beautiful hip.you can do some yoga such as pranayama and vaggrasana, Vrukshasana(tree pose) and Trikonasanam. these are very useful to you. i expereinced with this Yoga.. by doing Yoga you seems slim. really it is fact.. but depends on the practice. hope it will be useful to you... :2thumbsup:
Hi priyamuthu, check this out Lying down, face up. One leg flat on the floor. The other leg is bent with the heel on the ground, toes pointing up. Push that heel into the floor, raising the hips and straight leg off the ground at the same time. Then, lower the hips and leg back down. Try doing about 15 - 20 on each side. (MOVE SLOWLY!) If that was easy, do 15 more on each side. Do this every other day for 2 weeks. If it gets easy, add another set of 15 or 20. If you are doing this correctly, you will feel your Legs, Butt, Hips and Thighs working BIGTIME and will feel and see changes in a few weeks, WITH JUST THIS EXERCISE ALONE! Hope it helps Diana
Hi You can do Squats, thats a very good way to lose on hip. stand with your legs apart, Sit as if you are sitting on a chair and without sitting completely get up again and do the same... otherwise, you can join a gym, nothing like working out. and one thing to keep in mind is that you can never lose on one part of your body... its a process, when you lose you lose weight everywhere no only on hips, but the signs have to show on ur face, arms, tummy and everywhere... so you should not focus on any one part of body... working out in a gym is a combination of many exercises and thsu make you lose wieght overall... wich is the best way to lose weight. take care ~Abha
