Blackened inner thighs

Hi,


I am feeling silly to ask this question. But I really need a solution for my problem. So please help me out with it.

Problem:

I am bit overweight, I have this problem of inner thighs rubbing together and that had caused redness which has now turned into Black color (It really looks disgusting).

• Can you please let me know how to get rid of these black marks??
  
• Also suggest me some exercises to reduce the inner thighs.

Try Diprovate ( not diprovate N ) cream. Its for mild usage only because it has stereiod content too. Its available in all pharmacy. It'll reduce black marks and scars. It was prescribed by a doctor for me. You can see the result in two days. Or else you can try greengram powder + lemon juice + curd.

Also suggest me some exercises to reduce the inner thighs

I have a small doubt.U told that it has steroid content What is the side effect of steroids.And also what is the rate of this cream.Thank u in advance.

Hi Poornima,
Yes Doctor told me that it has stereoid content. She prescribed it for black scars. If My doctor didnt mentioned that, I might 've used it like any other fairness cream. I use it very little amount. As far as I didnt find any side effects. For further details you can do google search too.

I really didnt know toe touching cud help in inner thighs... I thought it was to redcue tummy fat... Correct me if I am wrong!!!

Yes You are right, I forgot it. You can check it out in Health and fitness forum. You'll get lot of results.

Apply Gingelly oil daily in ur thighs daily,massage and leave for 20 minutes.Wash it off afterwards.
See the difference in 3-4 weeks.
