Dear Minip,
As soon as you have a shower in the morning...use a anti persipirant deodarnet (roll on /spray)...den after you have put your clothes on, spray some purfume, while your working in the kitchen, have a frgrant candle lit up, to mask the kitchen smell.

Minip:
The deodorant is used on the skin of the underarm. It should always be applied to clean skin so wash there and dry and then apply. If you shave it might sting a little so bear that in mind but shaving or other hair removal will also make it work better. If you need to reapply, wash again as the smell is caused by bacteria so its better to clear that out so the deodorant does not have as much work to do.

Some perfumes are made for use on skin and some are made for use on fabric. Check your bottle to see if it says about applying to fabric.

It is very helpful to change out of cooking clothes and best if you can bathe after that. The oil that goes into the air will carry all sorts of smells and adheres to clothing particularly well.

Just to add a point.Try to reduce the usage of a deodorant that contains anti-perspirant. This actually doesnt allow the skin to breathe.Though our intention is to stop the odour, but for the long run its not good.

hi mini i too faced sweat problem. i tried dove anti perspirant blue color spray after my bath and spray steel perfume after wearing dress. it make me Fresh and fragrance. pleas bath two times a day.dont select mild fragrance you can select medium fragrance like steel perfume. after your bath wipe off completely and use perspirant spray.pleas wearlightly loose dress and mainly cotton dress which control it.
