    Hi Chitra

    The simple remedies are too good. However I just want to know for how long we have to continue these remedies. Because I have very bad cracked heels, I try to take proper care of it by applying oil and body lotion, but what i've heard is, people whose body temperature is hot always or whose blood is hot tend to have cracked heals forever. How far this is true. Can anyone tell me...am facing a lot of pain due to this.

    the main thing is follow regularly its we say maintaining.if we buy any eqipments we will regularly use it and maintain in the sameway our body too.

    wear some slipper in home too.please drink more juices and water which reduce body heat.me too got cracks but i use to wear slippers inside my home thats home slipper which reduced and my cracks gone.becos dust too creat allergy for some people.hene dnt worry.
