Hi biscuit

i understand ur problem , coz i to am undergoing the same problem. especially here in gulf country , i sweat like anything .i feel messy always and embarressed in front of my colleges. even i can't were any silk sarees or get well dressed or makeup to put on , immedeatly i start sweating.

not only in summer even in humidity i sweat.my hair smells like a rotten tomatoes , so everyday i take head bath in lukewarm water. every two hrs i wash my face and apply makeup to keep my face fresh in the office. my diet contains lots of cool veg salad and liquids like barley water , lemonaid, tender coconut water, buttermilk and so on .

hope we can expect ,a ray of solution to this problem

Hello Biscuit and Neha,
Probably the excessive sweating is due to hormonal changes. use a body scrub at shower, a body talc and anti-perspirant roll on deo for underarms before going out.

hi neha,
congratulations on your pregnancy.
Thanks for your reply, i find some relief that im not sweating alone

may be shud try the barley water, tender coconut water and others. just came across the net that regular intake of tomato juice helps in reducing the sweat... shall give them all a try.
Thnaks,
Biscuit

Being overweight will increase sweating in hot weather. But for those who are sweating no matter what, there is a medical condition that accounts for this. Best to talk to your doctor about it.
