black spots on the back

Hi
i get some kind of acne leaving black spots on back (muthugu).
I feel very bad to wear blouse which shows little of my back..
Any tips for removing them???

Its due to body heat. You can try diprovate-n ointment on the spots. it'll get vanished in two days. apply little on the spot. It was prescribed for me by the Doctor only. If you want to go by home remedies, apply lemon+honey+curd mixture. then use green gram powder+ orange peel powder+ besan mixture on daily basis. It'll take some days.

The ointment name is diprovate. Ask for plain diprovate. there is one more which is diprovate-N.

One more thing, just apply ointment on the spots. dont rub all over. the black spots will decrease in 2 days. So in an enthusiasm, dont apply more and more to vanish it in a day. Doctor told me it has stereoid content too. leave your feedback after using it.

Its for mild usage only. Its not a fairever cream or moisturiser lotion to use more.

I would suggest, check if you have dandruff. If yes, then work to get rid of it.
My SIL had the same problem, with controlling dandruff, these black spots went missing

As madhu says dandruff might cause this too..........
i had these spots on my forehead too....
once i treated dandruff.it disappeared .

What you said is also correct. Even i too had dandruff problem after that only i got lot of acne on the back and shoulder. Now everything is fine.
