can anyone help me home made ingredients to get clear complexion face as im suffering from acne problem. pls help me any home remedies.

My younger sister was suffering from ACNE, what you need to do isdrink a lot of water, don't prick or burst your pimples, don't wash your face with soap.
Reduce your intake of sugar and citrusfruits. Do not be stressed as stress can causethe acne to flare up.
Eat lotsof fruits like watermelon and other fruits apart from citrus.

Go to a herbalist and get some face packs that you put everyday on your face. My sis was given a face pack some astringent and moisturiser and her acne really cleared up.
If you are using cleansers, toners and moisturisers thenuse without alcohol, your toner should contain WITCH HAZEL
my sis uses SIMPLE PRODUCTS - CLEANSER, TONER AND MOISTURISER they are alcohol free and very good for sensitive skin as i use them and am suffering from ECZEMA and they have suited my face very well. when i go out and am putting foundation i mix the foundation with the moisturiser.
You can get the SIMPLE PRODUCTS IN UK FROM BOOTS, we get them here in Nairobi.

May i know what is that simple product? Whether it is available in Chennai bcoz i too have acne problem.

pepper mint leaves(puthina) are made into paste and apply to well cleaned face twice a day. it may bring remarkable change with in a week.

Its always better to seek a dermetoligists opinon, but u can try this: Mix equal amounts of lemon juice and rose water. Apply this mixture on the affected areas with cotton and leave it for an hour. Continue doing this for about 15 to 20 days to have the desired results.

Hi......In order to get rid of pimple scars pls mix some orange peel powder with rosewater and apply on the affected area.It really works.
