I am very lean.My weight is only 41kg. What are the methods i can adapt to increase my weight? Please anyone help me i am very much worried about this.
Every single human being has different physique. Your eating habits alone dont decide your physique @times genetic reasons are also behind. Plz do consume more nuts and brans. Keep in mind eating fat food gains weight but when overdone it is a health hazard. Sleep well. Drink more milk and dairy products. Above all consult a doctor if there are any other medical reasons for not gaining weight. take care.
hi Rechu , Being underweight or overweight are sometimes connected to the bodily hormonal changes and lack of activities too. To be more comfortable in deciding u can get checked with your doctor too. I had a friend with similar prob, she exercised at gym and took some supplements ( drink ). Plus , having more healthy meals like nuts , grains , milk & dairy products help a lot too. She is appearing more healthier now than before. Taking vitamin B complex will also help on balancing the metabolism. Carbohydrates and protein is a must. So choose your meals and enjoy a beautiful life ! Most importantly , beautiful women come in many shapes and colours.... so be confident !!

Hi, you can gain weight by eating cashewnuts.. i am sure u vl put on weight..coz i too become fat by eating these
