Default Problems with under garments

I am 22 years old and i am starting this thread to seek advise from any one who can let me know if its advisable to keep the undergarments on at all times as a few of my close friends advised me against wearing the brassieres and panties for long durations can have adverse effect such as damage to the skin tissue and fungal as well as bacterial infections. Do any particular material of panty or bra cause such malfunctions or is in general advisable to be free of these tight under garments for a few hours a day and i am sure some can advise me on this as we live in a tropical climate. Also does frequent washing of undergarments in hot water destroy its texture? Regards, Jessica

i see here jessica,
you are from a tropically hot place chennai, and it sweats a lot there, so it is better to change into fresh ones and in the night to be free of these, and very correct each time u wash ur self if you do not pat ur self dry fungus can form and rashes will appear they have a yeast kind of a smell due to the heat and humidity, it is better to use talc ..sunkan

Dear Jessica,

Try using cotton bras and panties. And buy the light coloured ones as they wont absorb more heat.Change your inners everday, wash them drying it in hot sun(which is equivalent to sterilizing it ),helps killing bacterias.Keep seperate pairs of panties to use during ur periods and avoid using them on normal days.this will make u feel clean.
And as sunkan says, try to remove tight undergarments while u sleep at night as they say wearing tight bras is one of the reason for developing breast cancer.
Hope my tips helps you.

With luv,
seeba.

Yes, wearing the undergarments for long periods of time can cause serious health problems though you may not have seen them immediately. I think it is better not to wear panties during you safe days. Again the more u wear bra, the more likely you get breast cancers. Try to be free from them atleast when you are at home and get better.

dear Jessi i can say that constant wearing of undergarments can pose a lot of trouble over a period of time. It is always advisable to be free of the bras and panties when u r at home atleast. I see from your other posts that u do wear short skirts and tops at home and if do have your own room i would really suggest u stay away from wearing your bra and panty atleast at nights. It really helps believe me as I wear mini skirts at home without my undergarments and believe me its really comfy and helpful and keeps your genitals free from fungal and bacterial infection and sweat atleast for the night, cheers, Pam

Thank you all once again for the very helpful and useful advice which u have all given me and as per all your advice i have been avoiding wearing undergarments at home. i usually wear camisoles with built-in-bras, but after going through the above posts i have just switched over to wearing loose tops at home without my bras over short cotton skirts without panties which is really very relaxing and comfy to slip into though it was hard to adopt to this initially but i guess now i am ok, thanks all of u for the support. Regards, Jessi
