breast reduction without surgery

    Hi all

    My cousin suffers of breast problem on one side.

    Heard about liposuction but it is a surgery and may have side effects.

    Please tell me if there is any non-surgical way to reduce it.

    there are free-hand exercises....
    stretch both hands horizontally in left-right position, then bring both your hands to hug yourself....note that your hands touch your bossom while you hug
    do it for 5min daily....
    if i could not explain it clearly....then
    i think you can google out.....you will get lot of videos/demo for exercise:thumbsup
