I urgently need your help,

I have had very unsuccessful relationships in the ppast, and unfortunately the reason for this has been my figure. To be very precise, my partrners are not happy eith my breast size and quality. Although i know that there can nothing be done for the size please tell me how to make my breasts firm.
Do Oriflame bust gel or any ohter gel work and how???
Please let me know as I am very depressed.
