Hi,

If you get only lime juice, then apply that on to your elbows and scrub with a little sugar or table salt. Softness and the colour will come back. Before you go to sleep, apply a little oil / hand and body lotion and massage nicely

Hi,
You can also apply turmeric powder mixed with coconut or gingley oil and wash it off with gramflour after 10 mins. This you can apply before taking bath.
Love,
Pushpavalli

Hi,

The mix given by Pushpavalli will also help you to get softness in the elbows but the sugar / salt , lime juice combination is a bleach too. So you can do which ever you want as per your needs.

Latha

Lemon definitely works. I used to have very dark elbows and knees and started using fresh lemon before bed every night and they gradually lightened. Good luck
