My dear friends,

Here's a short story to share with you.

Chauhan and Jithu joined a wholesale company together just after graduation. Both worked very hard.
After several years, the boss promoted Jithu to sales executive but Chauhan remained a sales rep. One day Chauhan could not take it anymore,
tender resignation to the boss and complained the boss did not value hard working staff, but only promoted those who flattered him.
The boss knew that Chauhan worked very hard for the years, but in order to help Chuan realise the difference between him and Jithu, the boss asked Chauhan to do the following.
Go and find out anyone selling water melon in the market?
Chauhan returned and said yes. The boss asked how much per kg? Chauhan went back to the market to ask and returned to inform boss the Rs.12 per kg.
Boss told Chauhan, I will ask Jithu the same question?
Jithu went, returned and said, boss, only one person selling water melon. Rs.12 per kg, Rs.100 for 10 kg, he has inventory of 340 melons.
On the table 58 melons, every melon weighs about 15 kg, bought from the South two days ago, they are fresh and red, good quality.
Chauhan was very impressed and realised the difference between himself and Jithu.
He decided not to resign but to learn from Jithu.

My dear friends, a more successful person is more observant, think more and understand in depth.
For the same matter, a more successful person sees several years ahead,
while you see only tomorrow.
The difference between a year and a day is 365 times, how could you win?

Think! how far have you seen ahead in your life?
How thoughtful in depth are you?

My dear friends,

This blog is in continuations to my previous blog :

Educations are meant to clear the darkness around us in the society through constant observations, absorptions, explanations, descriptions of salient points, applications to inspire, motivate the memorization powers and its specializations to excel.

The student’s ability to grasp the literature, linguistic skills to explore, society to respond, and cultural values, moral ethics incorporated to set the behavioral character.

There is a need to let the students read in their mother languages & incorporate it in to a universal International language like English so that they can grasp faster & with confidence to speak on the subject.

By teaching them the basic grammars and its applications, they will be able to write, converse freely with others.

A sort of greater integration of mother languages with universal language to communicate, express, learns & share with all is the main purpose of educations of practical approach.

A student gone through their first primary & secondary schooling begin their learning skills from the base roots & in their higher secondary role enables them to identify their skills & talents to choose the subjects of interests for a better higher education.

Thrusting the text book educations alone on the students will boomerang as the necessities of the present day kids to get them acquainted with Physical exercises, Yoga, sports activities, health awareness, arts & craft educations, and some practical sessions can help them to remain tensions free world.

Each and
every school should have a social science room for performing various group activities/project works experimenting/demonstrating and displaying their creativity and storing best creations for further use as resource material.

Teachers should monitor, guide, evolve the student’s abilities to catch up the nature of work study, building the self confidence, critical awareness and inspire them for more creative & research based concepts where focusing on academic achievement of learners is important.

Recent reports confirms that Over Rs55,000 crore per annum is repatriated out of India on 4,50,000 students who go abroad for pursuing a professional career since they are not accommodated in domestic institutions in the field of management, accounting, engineering and chartered accountancy.

This amount is sufficient to build more infrastructures to add more IIT’s & IIM’s, will the Government consider this opportunity to provide additional seats to the aspiring students.

When our cost of education in IIT is around Rs.5250 per month approximately when compared to overseas studies @ Rs. 66,000 to Rs.3,00,000.

Enrollment to higher studies in our country is only 8%, primary educations around 55% and secondary educations around 35%...

Is it not time to see that every child in our country needs to enroll as a student and continue their studies?

Providing educational opportunities is
to acquire the much needed knowledge, develop competencies and practice skills and to impart creativeness to excel in their carrier.

It should ensure the goals, function, technology and emerging trends on existing set up to a reformed status.

The need to train the students to gain the practical experiences to enrich their learning is the purpose of value added educations.

The teachers are to ensure that all the students picks up the educations by presenting a practical approach than that of a text book approach…

It is like student saying to the tutor, Teach me the way I understand, not by mere text book syllabus, but through showing the importance of learning with examples so that we can understand & remember. Involve & implement the basics.

A teacher in turn empowers the students that we are all together to make a good beginning.

As the proverb goes it is from all those small beginnings inspire to great things to perform.

It is a pity that vocational education and training are still not a priority in our country.

Rest in next….(to be continued)

    subbu sir,

Good about the continuation on your views. REally amazed at the statistics.

But today, education is costlier in india than in some of the other parts. there are people who are wiling to tackle the harsh climates of russia, as it is very cheaper compared to india..that is the situation today.

There is not much stress on the quality of the education in the sense, a stress on knowledge.

Coming to ITI and vocational, there are no takers because of the way the society raises it brows when you talk about it.

maybe the attitude of people should change

    From Navaljee To Subbuji

There is a need to let the students read in their mother languages: Yes, this is necessary. The psychologists say that a child learns speedily in his/her mother tongue. So at least the primary education up to standard Seven must be in mother tongue only. (Naval Langa)
