Here's a short story to share with you.
Chauhan and Jithu joined a wholesale company together just after graduation. Both worked very hard.
After several years, the boss promoted Jithu to sales executive but Chauhan remained a sales rep. One day Chauhan could not take it anymore,
tender resignation to the boss and complained the boss did not value hard working staff, but only promoted those who flattered him.
The boss knew that Chauhan worked very hard for the years, but in order to help Chuan realise the difference between him and Jithu, the boss asked Chauhan to do the following.
Go and find out anyone selling water melon in the market?
Chauhan returned and said yes. The boss asked how much per kg? Chauhan went back to the market to ask and returned to inform boss the Rs.12 per kg.
Boss told Chauhan, I will ask Jithu the same question?
Jithu went, returned and said, boss, only one person selling water melon. Rs.12 per kg, Rs.100 for 10 kg, he has inventory of 340 melons.
On the table 58 melons, every melon weighs about 15 kg, bought from the South two days ago, they are fresh and red, good quality.
Chauhan was very impressed and realised the difference between himself and Jithu.
He decided not to resign but to learn from Jithu.

For the same matter, a more successful person sees several years ahead,
while you see only tomorrow.
The difference between a year and a day is 365 times, how could you win?

The basic importance is to emphasize the self discipline & self control to understand, explore and excel.
Educations are the essentials to train the mind to take right decisions and a life long continuous process to reequip our updates on what’s going on around us and how are we going to tackle it with right applications.
Educations are a vital force to economic and social development of an individual & society.
An economic achievement and educational achievement are intertwined.
The society should come forward to enroll all irrespective of their racial, caste and regional barriers at an affordable cost.
We must remember that any subject of study can bring in more results than compared to specific professional courses like Engineering, Medical science.
There are umpteen numbers of fields in which one can excel and that needs the motivations, guidance and proper teaching methods.
A general education is an excellent form of preparation for the flexible, knowledge-based careers
At any given point the educations should gel with local cultures & traditional values so that the learners can feel the confidence to go global by being a local.
Practical exposures to knowledge based & trade oriented courses can fetch a better returns.
Uniformed syllabus throughout the state & country can help the students to fair better.
It should synthesize and integrate knowledge from diverse disciplines, to establish a connection between all human knowledge and infuse students with a concrete understanding of the process of human creativity.
Educational systems should motivate the decision making, leadership abilities, opening up new ideas with practical approach.
It is like learning with action plans to excel in any field of specializations.

No point of going through textbooks with boring classes and ending up like wages slaves for the rest of the life.
What we need is the creativeness, innovative skills; self regulated team effects to manage any given tasks.

It is a pity that the present educational institutions turned out to be fully commercial & money laundering projects than that of yester year’s noble service to society.
The systems does not offer its best to the needy poor due to their financial conditions and many students have turn their attentions to lesser important courses of studies & end up with less salaries & limited resources to live upon.
This has to be changed & those students who cannot afford higher educations should concentrate on courses which can offer better employments and work skills to expand their knowledge.

Welcome back. how are your son and daughter. how is the photography coming up. have not seen any more posts on them.
I feel we the people have understood the concept of education differently. the present system has too many loop holes gaping at us.

Education System
In India, more stress is given to mugging pages and pages of text. There is no practical application of what is being studied.Nowadays even the IIT entrance does not test the raw intelligence because the student is coached for almost 2 years by the training institutes.We need a change in mindset that it is not just medical and enggineering that can make money, there are plenty of other fields where your inborn talents can be used and bring out the best in you.Posted 18th August 2008 at 05:47 AM by Minamo
