hi all,
Life has taught us lot of things...we have been shocked, had our quota of fun, and also impressed and impacted from the everyday news...The panchantra stories to the chicken soup to the today's real life stories...
This is from our desk...shanvy and vysan

Music my passion 11 - Musically Krazy
In my house, it happens all the time, conversations do take the form of some songs..sometimes the original, other times it is our own words to the same tune.
By now all my friends know what a musically crazy family we are right, but this is the height..
Day before yesterday, DD was playing nenjirkulle oru maa malai, my DS did not know the words correctly and started singing nenjirkulle oru mambalam…
The song became nenjikulle oru mambazham..and I being a romatic at heart, could not bear the way the song was being shredded..so composed a new one for him...
Koodaikulle oru mambazham,
Parka parka oru paravasam,
Thithikkumae athan kanirasam,
Suvaithu parpathu un vasam…
So now this is the song that is doing rounds now…
There is a samosa shop near the bus stop. Every evening when the kids return their taste buds are tortured by the smellsRant, and DS as soon as he enters mom samosa.and I as usual say NO...so one day the kids came home and sang this..
Samosa samosa amma samosa samosa,
Adi adi thaan amma adipaa adipaa (to the tune of mukunda mukunda)
Sometimes, when somebody asked me if you miss Veda (he stays abroad)
I sang Aasai mugam marandu pochaey, idai yaaridam solvenadi thozhi….
And I told Veda this and he said, you should have sang…
Nenjamellam veda mayame,..(to the tune of sithamellam siva mayame..)
If I stress stubbornly for something..pat comes the song..
Naan oru vilayaatu bommaiya shanthi unakku….(original is naan oru vilayaatu bommaiya jagannayakiye)
The medley always goes on…what about in your homes....
