Iam enjoying this section,Tamil proverbs.You are doing a great job,compiling the Tamil proverbs.
Thank you for giving us a wonderful time going through the proverbs.There was a time when our elders used to decorate their everyday colloquial speech with a liberal sprinkling of proverbs.Nowadays very rarely do we come across people using proverbs in their conversations.

Thank you for your appreciation. You are right. Our elders used to sprinkle appropriate proverbs in their conversation. Now I find that inter communication itself has come to a bare nessesity. Hence I am afraid these treasure of proverbs are meeting slow death. At least those who like them can enjoy reading them.
