Talking with gods !!!!!!!! ??????????????

Today (26th) i was informed over phone by my friend ......that it was solar eclipse...she also said to strictly see to that my kids are inside the home and not outside playing...
I put them to sleep forcefully...though they kept asking me why mummy you are believing all this and why cant we play outside with others...? i just told sorry....you cant...though i felt very sorry for thrusting my beliefs in them.
after putting them to sleep...i had to remember an incident which happened on a solar eclipse day...
This happened a long time back....when i was in 5th standard or so....
One of my father's close friend and family (they have 2 kids)used to visit us every month and stay at home for a day....and that day was the most awaited day for my brother and myself bcause my father's friends would tell a lot of reel stories ....jokes and make us all laugh....
my mum and aunty will be busily chatting, listening to what uncle says and pass comments....and cooking simultaneously.
we kids were forced to eat fast and pull curtains and all assembled in the hall...
that day uncle had something new and amusing to say. He asked if we kids want to talk to god and ask any questions to him directly? We all looked at one another and we decided to check if we god can answer our questions....like our date of birth, what marks we will get in science, the name of the god who is answering etc.,, for the heck of it....
Uncle asked us to get a steel tumbler, a coin, a chalk and strictly instructed we are to maintain pin-drop-silence ( i still dont know the meaning of that pin drop silence). we all agreed very happily. we wanted to pass the time anyway....
he asked my parents and aunty also to sit and watch. They all readily sat ...immediately....
Uncle then drew a big square....wrote 0 to 9 (not 10) inside the top side of the square and then wrote alphabets A-Z on the other three sides. he then drew lines to separate the letters and numbers from one another. The room lights were on and we sat in front of a GOD picture.
in the middle of the big square he drew three circles. In the centre he wrote GOD n in the other two circles he wrote YES and NO. He placed the coin on GOD and kept the steel tumber inverted covering the coin.
He then asked us to pray god faithfully with all our heart and ask him to answer our questions. i was so scared ....but all the other three were thrilled to check out GOD.
he asked all of us to keep our index finger on top of the glass and he kept his also. (totally five). we had written our questions and given him beforehand...
he then murmered something...and he started asking questions one by one....gOD....I COULD FEEL THE GLASS MOVING ON ITS OWN TO EACH BOX WITH ALPHABETS TO TELL THE NAME OF WHO HAS ARRIVED TO ANSWER....OUR QUESSTIONS....
The glass moved to M then U then R then U then G then A then N....slowly first and then a bit faster.
i felt i will just faint because of fear...i was about to get up but my brother held my hand and pleaded.....not to go and uncle also with his eyes asked me to sit quietly there itsself. i obliged.....
then uncle asked about my marks in science and lo the glass moved to 8 and 5 and will stand still. then he asked my brother's date of birth which surely he did not know before...but lo the glass moved to the exact date...(not year and month)....and then we all sat comfortably to test GOD with more questions... the name of my best friend... the marks of my brother in maths etc., etc.,
god... you will not believe....it answered all of the questions and then uncle said aloud
"OK muruga, thank you for answering our questions...now you may go..."
till now i dont know if that was real or not....but the marks i secured was the same...when i got my papers a week after....
uncle later said after dinner...that he happened to read this in one of the (late) sujatha's famous tamil detective novels....and the force which was actually moving the tumbler was some dead spirit ?????????? and may be god....he himself wass not sure....he had just tested what he had read in the story....
anyway....today i went back rewinding my thoughts to that day....when we actually spent our time talking to god or rather testing god ???? god forgive us.....i used
to pray after that for many days....and i tried a lot to convince my mother to throw away that glass because i feared that that spirit might stay back in the glass....
how children think at that age......but now when i see my kids and their friends....they seem to be so so mature in their thoughts...and never believe anything like we kids did in our days at the same age....
do you have any such experiences /experiments when you were kids?
bye for now....
