If today was my last day

It's just a time pass blog as you all can see. We all have many more days to live and enjoy or feel sad over things to come.

What if today were my last day then ?

1. I ll donate all that I have. Do I sound altruistic or self-bragging ? ...Nooooo...I really want to

2. Eat that I have always wanted to. Ice creams, Sweets and mosts importantly Kaju Katlis.

3. Write a letter of gratitude to everyone I ever knew. Speak to them. Make amendments with people I did not get along with.

4. Try bungee jumping if possible.

Actually I want to continue living, but I definitely want to do some of the above..Crazy me !!!!

I will call my loved ones and sit with them and chat to glory. All the material things will not lose its form but the puranas (mythology) say, that our soul takes a new form and enter this earth again. Under such circumstances, it will be difficult for me to identify my loved ones, I can identify the sweets, pakoras, bajiyas, chaniya cholis and designer jewelery, they do not change forms but my loved ones will be in different forms and to indentify them will not be easy. So I will make the best of the last hours with me by spending it with them. I will quickly write a will and sort my property according to their taste so that nobody is left with a sucking thumb. I may plan an outing too. Make best of what we have is my motto.

Malspie ! I liked reading your comment. True.... material things are never important, whereas love and relationships and people are.

Dear Meenloch ma'am,

A very ideal case you have brought to lime-light. Will not the human nature kill us the very next second by rupturing our thoughts, mind and body when it wraps the time of us reaching the divine ??!!!

Just in case, if I feel very normal and if (as you had charted out) that is going to be my last day, I will try recollecting the tiny incidences which forced me to lie to my parents and dear buddies and will leak the cat out of the bag. Yes, not to be on a proud track but this I have worked on quite a number of times and have slept in deep thoughts !! (at least leave the world tension free)

I have never had "craze" for any material attachments but can never leave the "good-souls" I have earned in the blessed life. Will surely call upon all of them, or give them a shocking visit on my last day (with time constraint of course).

I will continue to chant the "Maha Mantra" which I treasure the most till now even till my last breath.

Oh.. too much of a thought for a day on which I will be unconscious and weak to do the above prescribed !! :):)
So live life on a jolly note, take the vicissitudes as they force to peep in, leave my foot-prints on what ever I can, continue the praise of the divine and live a life as expected!!

Regards
