Posted 26th June 2009 at 09:37 AM by malspie (Malspie's Blog - Step In)

A couple of months ago, there was an article in newspaper heading the front page about a female working with Tata’s being repeatedly molested by 6 men and few of them were her friends. After the act, they gave her contraceptive pill to let the matter at rest forever. But the girl went ahead and complained to the police.

The above article made me think, how can a young girl in any stage of her life either drunk / sober, go to a room alone with so many male friends. If it is blind trust,

Vests are locally called as ‘Banians’ and men made it a point to wear them before they don on their shirt! Guys who wear a shirt (there were few!) without the famous ‘Banian’ were labeled as ‘hippies’ or ‘Rogues / Mawalis’.

Most of the men always had a huge stock of them in their almirah (wardrobe...

Building on Fire!

Posted 22nd February 2009 at 01:25 AM by malspie (Malspie's Blog - Step In)

I had a look at this building and was perturbed to see the whole floor with an orange cum red hue. Is the floor of the much famous building of Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City on fire? Was the question in my mind!

The next moment I realized it is nothing but the reflection of the setting sun on the glass panes of the windows.

Now a days we have more glass and less of cement and bricks for walls!

What is your take on this!

Here goes the picture....
