    Dearest Sumathy aunty,

    Very useful information !!

I have heard appa tell that colors play a very vital role in day to day life. And he had always told that as the reason we resort to different types of colors even while painting our home. There are hot and cold colors that are pleasant both to our eyes and body. Likewise, even the eatables can be classified according to the color they portray.

Though I do not know anything related to this on a technical tone, I will surely get back if in case I get a few points :)

    Thank you aunty.

    Regards with Love

    Dear Krishnaamma,

A well written piece. I should defintely show it to my kids because when they were young, they refused to eat veggies and I used to tell them that each hveg has something for our body. Like ladies finger for maths, carrot for eyes etc. Believe me, even today before maths exam, they need ladies finger.

Just to add to your list Red also denoted more blood in our body like beet root, watermelon.

    Dear Janani,

Yes . You are correct. Colors play a very vital role in day to day life. We want every thing colourful. As you said while seeing some colours we feel pleasent. For example green and light blue. That is why we feel happy when we see green gardens and valley.
Same thing for blue also it is very pleasent colour. That is why we enjoy sea and sky. Like that we can tell more and more about colours and even we can know about a person's character through his favorite colour. Do you know that?
Let me write about that in a separate blog.
According to this blog, when we use many colour veg. in a dish, that will attract people to eat the dish. Mainly children. By knowing the benifits of the veg. we can use many combinations, as per our needs.
