The greatest gift a mother can give her child is the gift of health that starts with pregnancy. The mother's love for her children is as tender as the petal of a flower, as sweet as the flower fragrance, as pure as a flower itself. Still, her love can neither be replaced nor comparable to anything else in the whole universe.
The ancient proverb enthralls all of us as God could not be everywhere, and therefore he made mothers. The mother loves her child most divinely, not when she surrounds him with comfort and anticipates his wants, but when she resolutely holds him to the highest standards and is content with nothing less than his best.
It is so true in our life.
Since our parent-child bond goes far deeper when the aspects of learning and discipline play a role. There's no better time than the summer holidays for parents and children to bond. Since all of us grown up from the childhood to the present stage and all the credit goes to our parents, especially our Mother and father, because of their dedicated, devoted foresight to let us know what is good and what is bad in our life cycle.
So, I think they are the ones who should be credited for the knowledge that we have today.
Our mother is the best friend, guide, philosopher, mentor and care taker for all our character.
The combination of Mother & Father relationships helps, moulds us to learn about Love, affections, care, knowledge, discipline, encouragements and openness in our communications brings us the best in us for a better relationship with family and that of society.
We owe our gratitude to our Teachers too for exposing us to learn, know, understand and to practice the moral, ethical values of our life and the general knowledge about various subjects with fine examples. They are instrumental to our creativity and skills.
Those who had an exposures led us more adventurous and independent to handle things at crisis. The inbuilt willingness, guts and attitudes by the constant monitoring, tutoring, effective handling with necessary warnings and encouragements by our trio of Mother, Father & Teacher shapes our performances better in the longer run for a successful carrier.
Letting go is nature's biggest lesson for us through our observations, approach, reasoning and actions.
Of course mothers tend to spend more time with the children then fathers. The quality which I appreciate the most about my mother is that she skillfully manages to balance her responsibilities on the professional as well as home front. She knows exactly how to set her priorities. Something I value about the role of mother is her large bigheartedness. She is sensitive and very emotional. Being a full-time mother is one of the highest salaried jobs... since the payment is pure love.
Home is the place where we boys and girls first learn how to limit our wishes, abide by rules, and consider the rights and needs of others.
The father’s role is prominent when it comes to children wanting better educations, guidance and needs and their selfless sacrifices to give us what we deserve.
A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials, heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine, desert us when troubles thicken around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts. Feelings of worth can flourish only in an atmosphere where individual differences are appreciated, mistakes are tolerated, communication is open, and rules are flexible, the kind of atmosphere that is found in a nurturing family and we owe our thanks to almighty for providing us the family to live with our parents.
Let us return our love to our Mother as well as father as never ending by our constant attention, care and well being of them till our last breathe.
Happy mothers day to all in the universe.
* Need to open up schools & collages more and strict administrative moderations on mushrooming private institutions.
* Teacher – Students ratio as 1 for 30 is ideal for proper monitoring & coaching
* E Learning technological software’s to be implemented so that students need not carry so many text books and guest lectures be given periodically.
* Industry & Trade bodies on local areas be taken as a co sponsor to provide basic practical approach when comes to final stage of SSLC, UG & PG courses.
* Vocational courses with Trade oriented courses to be offered for the needy.
* Educations at an affordable rate a must instead of present looting & mass commercialization’s of educational systems.
* Scholarships, incentives for those poor meritorious students to continue higher educations.
* Low cost interests on educational loans irrespective of caste, regional status.
* Infrastructures like good buildings, furniture, library, computer center, laboratories and play fields is a must.
* Students should undergo compulsory training in Yoga, N.C.C, Sports, N.S.S activities.
* Quality of educations & revamping marks systems by adopting ranks can justify student’s merits and improving the weaker students through extra classes on their weak subjects through specialist’s teachers.
* No politicizations of educations and influence of religious heads in managing schools & collages.
* National awareness, spiritual involvements, moral values, cultures and traditions are to be students GK so that they can perform as a future responsible citizen.
   * Teaching through mother tongue as well as international language English compulsory so that the student can express, understand and observe the basics.
* Profit motive educational institutions under the name of charitable trusts need to be monitored and stern penalty through taxes is the need of the hour to contain misappropriation of funds by these people who run it.
  * Updating the information’s on current educations for the teachers through orientation seminars and in house training can improve their teaching strengths.
* In the name of reservations on caste basis please do not deprive student’s future.
* Students after their completion of courses should undergo rural employment participations for at least few months so that they can get the true value of our country’s needs.
* Common syllabus for all over the country so that students can prefer any schools and collages for admissions.
* Coaching classes’ dominations and exploitations to be curtailed as it involves lot of corruptive practices.
* Stereo type of text book scripts and answer sheets can only bring the habits of mugging up and short cuts to score marks and this needs to be reformed by question paper settings so that creative answers than that of text mode can improve students understanding the subjects.

My dear friends,
In continuations to my previous blogs, here is some more...
Educations transforms the individuals to think, act upon the priorities and bring up the end results of putting them in to practical usage through presentations & reflecting the basic concepts.

During these process interpretations takes place with the team & goals.
It creates the awareness, behavioral patterns, development of skills, relationships, decision making, and emotional responses through continuous learning, exchange of ideas, collective thoughts, managing issues and control the situations to the best of abilities etc.,
The applications of “R” like rationalizing, reasoning and recognizing takes place.

We also need to use our abilities to explore the cultural values & ethics to understand various cultures, traditions and beliefs of ours as well as others to communicate, practice to make contributions to the society.

The acceptance & appreciations takes place for a conjugal relationship within the society.
Global awareness adds more fruitful results to explore our understanding & exchange of skills & knowledge by constant monitoring.
In return it will help us to increasing the capacity of individuals or groups to make choices and to transform these choices into desired actions and outcomes.

We must remember that as long as we are willing to learn and bring changes in our behaviour nothing is impossible…

Educating the society through punctuality, discipline, manners and the need for morality can bring a wonderful society to live.
To effect the above we have to prepare ourselves to practice & follow.

The role of the Government is to provide basic educations to all its citizens at affordable rates.
The need to provide vocational courses to those students who cannot afford higher expenditures for their higher studies so that these training can fetch them some decent jobs and fair salary to cope up.

A continuously supportive process which stimulates and empowers individuals to acquire all the knowledge, values, skills and understanding they will require throughout their lifetimes and to apply them with confidence, creativity and enjoyment in all roles, circumstances and environments.

Hence Educations play an important role to mould one’s character, skills and abilities to manage tasks on their own.
Due to the modern Globalization drives one has to improve their knowledge, update their technological changes, willingness to explore, accept new challenges, adjusting themselves to working conditions, and adopt constant changes to shine well.
Education was reconceived as the activity of supporting the fullest achievement of the natural process of mental development.

The academic program as such is specifically designed in the present set up is to enable the growing child to question the basis for any beliefs, values, and norms of behavior. The two aims pull against each other: the more successfully one socializes, the less one achieves the academic ideal; the more successfully one inculcates disciplined academic thinking, the less easy it is to socialize successfully. Socialization requires acceptance of beliefs, values, and norms that the disciplined academic mind.

The role of educated in the society is to extend their expertise and share their wisdom to the other thereby improving the whole society to enjoy its benefits.

My dear friends,

This blog is in continuations to my previous blog :

Educations are meant to clear the darkness around us in the society through constant observations, absorptions, explanations, descriptions of salient points, applications to inspire, motivate the memorization powers and its specializations to excel.

The student’s ability to grasp the literature, linguistic skills to explore, society to respond, and cultural values, moral ethics incorporated to set the behavioral character.

There is a need to let the students read in their mother languages & incorporate it in to a universal International language like English so that they can grasp faster & with confidence to speak on the subject.

By teaching them the basic grammars and its applications, they will be able to write, converse freely with others.

A sort of greater integration of mother languages with universal language to communicate, express, learns & share with all is the main purpose of educations of practical approach.

A student gone through their first primary & secondary schooling begin their learning skills from the base roots & in their higher secondary role enables them to identify their skills & talents to choose the subjects of interests for a better higher education.

Thrusting the text book educations alone on the students will boomerang as the necessities of the present day kids to get them acquainted with Physical exercises, Yoga, sports activities, health awareness, arts & craft educations, and some practical sessions can help them to remain tensions free world.

Each and every school should have a social science room for performing various group activities/project works experimenting/demonstrating and displaying their creativity and storing best creations for further use as resource material.

Teachers should monitor, guide, evolve the student’s abilities to catch up the nature of work study, building the self confidence, critical awareness and inspire them for more creative & research based concepts where focusing on academic achievement of learners is important.

Recent reports confirms that Over Rs55,000 crore per annum is repatriated out of India on 4,50,000 students who go abroad for pursuing a professional career since they are not accommodated in domestic institutions in the field of management, accounting, engineering and chartered accountancy.

This amount is sufficient to build more infrastructures to add more IIT’s & IIM’s, will the Government consider this opportunity to provide additional seats to the aspiring students.

When our cost of education in IIT is around Rs.5250 per month approximately when compared to overseas studies @ Rs. 66,000 to Rs.3,00,000.

Enrollment to higher studies in our country is only 8%, primary educations around 55% and secondary educations around 35%...

Is it not time to see that every child in our country needs to enroll as a student and continue their studies?

Providing educational opportunities is to acquire the much needed knowledge, develop competencies and practice skills and to impart creativeness to excel in their carrier.

It should ensure the goals, function, technology and emerging trends on existing set up to a reformed status.

The need to train the students to gain the practical experiences to enrich their learning is the purpose of value added educations.

The teachers are to ensure that all the students picks up the educations by presenting a practical approach than that of a text book approach…
It is like student saying to the tutor, Teach me the way I understand, not by mere text book syllabus, but through showing the importance of learning with examples so that we can understand & remember. Involve & implement the basics.

A teacher in turn empowers the students that we are all together to make a good beginning.

As the proverb goes it is from all those small beginnings inspire to great things to perform.

It is a pity that vocational education and training are still not a priority in our country.

Rest in next….(to be continued)

My dear friends,

Here are certain valid points shared with you for an introspections & your views are highly awaited.

Educations are not mere mugging up the text books & preparing for examinations to score high marks.
The basic importance is to emphasize the self discipline & self control to understand, explore and excel.

Educations are the essentials to train the mind to take right decisions and a life long continuous process to reequip our updates on what’s going on around us and how are we going to tackle it with right applications.

Educations are a vital force to economic and social development of an individual & society.

An economic achievement and educational achievement are intertwined.

The society should come forward to enroll all irrespective of their racial, caste and regional barriers at an affordable cost.

We must remember that any subject of study can bring in more results than compared to specific professional courses like Engineering, Medical science.
There are umpteen numbers of fields in which one can excel and that needs the motivations, guidance and proper teaching methods.

A general education is an excellent form of preparation for the flexible, knowledge-based careers
At any given point the educations should gel with local cultures & traditional values so that the learners can feel the confidence to go global by being a local.
Practical exposures to knowledge based & trade oriented courses can fetch a better returns.

Uniformed syllabus throughout the state & country can help the students to fair better.

It should synthesize and integrate knowledge from diverse disciplines, to establish a connection between all human knowledge and infuse students with a concrete understanding of the process of human creativity.

Educational systems should motivate the decision making, leadership abilities, opening up new ideas with practical approach.

It is like learning with action plans to excel in any field of specializations.

Periodical reviews, introspections and updating the latest trends can help remarkable results.

It is like the golden words of saying “Winners are the one who recognize their own god’s gifted talents and work towards developing them to skills & accomplish the goals to excel”

Wisdom and understanding the subject are the keys to apply in work culture.

No point of going through textbooks with boring classes and ending up like wages slaves for the rest of the life.

What we need is the creativeness, innovative skills; self regulated team effects to manage any given tasks.

What we gained out of educations should be shared with others and enrich their life too…

Our higher educations should vouch the opportunities to research oriented expansions & knowledge sharing concepts.

MATHA, PITHA & GURU are the God’s ancient gifts by nature.
As only from them we start learning every stages of our Life’s journey.

Role of the teachers are to inspire, motivate, guide, and enrich the students discipline and knowledge to learn the basics & its expansions of educational concepts.
He should ensure that the learners to observe, understand, and live in dignity & wisdom of thoughts.

It is a pity that the present educational institutions turned out to be fully commercial & money laundering projects than that of yester year’s noble service to society.

The systems does not offer its best to the needy poor due to their financial conditions and many students have turn their attentions to lesser important courses of studies & end up with less salaries & limited resources to live upon.

This has to be changed & those students who cannot afford higher educations should concentrate on courses which can offer better employments and work skills to expand their knowledge.

My dear Friends,
Wishing All our Indus family A Happy New Year Greetings.
On this Happy New Year, Let us ponder our thoughts on few aspects of EGO & its influence on us.
As I view the EGO as under:

Ego is neither an entity nor a process.
EGO---according to me is a tool of self-defence as well as self-destruction---so here comes our philosophical discrimination (or vivekam , as per vedanta definition) by which u can make out when to use ego wisely.
It is only a notion of I-amness which exists in the mind.
The process of reducing the ego is for the mind and not for the ego itself, although we talk about the ego as separate.
It never exists without the mind.
If a person is senseless, the person doesn't know about his or her state. I-amness is dormant.
It develops greed, pride, attachment, fear, etc.
The ego only owns all those things in the mind by saying “I am.”
Ego is nothing but pride in its inflated form.
For example,an arrogant man is unduly or excessively proud of his wealth, status, learning, etc.,
He shows ego in spirit of conduct. He's unwarrantably overbearing & haughty.
His head is swollen like the swelling caused by dropsy.
He thinks very highly of himself and poorly of others.
He claims much for himself and concedes little to others.
However,if we think pride or ego is easy to get rid of, think again!
The play of the ego pervades our whole life.
The ego does not go away by merely substituting some set phrase for “I”.
As long as the body is alive and the mind functions in and through the body,
what is known as the ego or the personality will arise and exist.
This ego or pride is not a permanent and unquestionable reality.
It is a temporary phenomenon,it is ignorance that invests it with permanency.
It is a concept,it is ignorance that elevates it to status of reality.
Only enlightenment can bring us this wisdom.
Overall observing our Ego & its presence in every one of us can be seen as an attachments to worldly things.
In all identifications the ego is expressing its presence in a form of desire and attachment.
If we were already nonattached, then there is no need of anything.
In all of our activities there is attachment and likes and dislikes.
But when the Dharma becomes our aim, then the ego, attachment and desires start loosening their grip.
Without the ego, no discipline, no austerity, no determination is possible.
The ego which traps in the world should be weakened and not that ego which is conducive to liberation.
In showing devotion to the self-chosen duty, due to that determination, one can achieve the self realizations.
When the mind is removed from worldly desires, then all our past & present pains and agony moves away from us.

Awaiting our members feedbacks and corrections....
At the same time if we enforce ourselves with a motivational, inspirational and with a purpose to lead our life,
we can found our happiness in self as well as in others around us.

According to my inner consciousness I am convinced as:

"Do you know the Truth about life.
I'll tell you -- whatever happens is the truth. That's it."

Let our thoughts and actions lead to some valuable contributions
to self and society.

As we do our daily tasks like attending our regular work,
spend time with family and friends,
we do have to spend some time, energy and money to help the mankind.

Let us visit some orphanage centre, help the elders, talk to them,
attend some social service work, spend some money for educating poor children's, fetch some employment opportunities to the youth.

"Don't ever be tight fisted;
you never know what might fall right into your open palms."

What we need to-day is to understand human relationships,
values to our traditions & up holding it in our every walk of life.

We should not lead the life mechanically,
let there be some seriousness to purpose of existence.

"Necessity used to be the mother of invention.
Today, invention is the mother of necessity."

We have to act with the spirit of inaction;
inaction without action is just laziness.

We need to learn to be true to ourselves.
Everyone is blindly copying the West.
Instead, we should have a first hand experience of life.
We must greet life face to face and see it with open eyes.
Nature is our biggest teacher.

What is in us should come out.
Whatever helps this blossoming?

We must go deeper into man's relationship with man.
It shouldn't just become a customer-producer relationship.

Everything can't be a transaction in life.
Today, we don't even know our neighbors in many parts of the world.
Our thoughts should be global, but we have to act locally.

If I do some work, the question must be asked:
how will it affect my fellow man, family and society?

Without this question, we can't have progress.

Another aspect of the present ways the society in which we see the
Man-woman relationship is that of male domination.

We haven't really explored a true male-female relationship.
Until man and woman are at par,
all we have is a form of friendship and not a true union.

Men have to understand the futility of domination,
and women have to stop copying men; females should have their own identities and not be measured by how well they can copy men.

Talks about the male-female relationship stop at the biological.
But in its true sense, they need to penetrate into the cultural and spiritual.

Let us devote helping the other as one of our usual routine.

Seva is not just your surface level action.
Seva is how we face people, how we interact with all of life;
seva is reflected in our everyday actions, every moment actions.

Live and Let Live….

My dear friends,

Listening is an art that when done well delivers tremendous benefits.

The goal of listening well is to achieve win-win communication.

Win-win communication not only fosters understanding, affirmation, validation and appreciation, but it also creates an atmosphere of trust, honor and respect.

When someone truly listens to you, don't you feel special?

Listening well is a two-way street, and to be effective communicators, we must all listen well to each other.

One-way listening can be equated to driving down a one-way street the wrong way.

It's dangerous, it can get you into trouble and it can be expensive too...

Ineffective listening by both parties causes grave mistakes.

Listening well is a skill that requires practice.

Someone who listens well easily establishes rapport with others.

Good listeners attract others because they focus on the speaker completely.

They have a positive energy that makes you want to be in their company.

They are effective in their jobs because, by listening and asking the appropriate questions, they know exactly what needs to be done and how to do it.

To be effective when interacting over the telephone, hone your verbal skills and focus completely on what the speaker is saying.

Listen closely to your intuition.

The best example of this is to observe how blind people communicate.

Since they do not have the gift of sight, they focus on their other gifts and develop them.

Their hearing is acute, and they can people read by focusing on a person's voice attitude and the words that the person uses.

A good listener, both on the telephone and in person, will:

Always be prepared to take notes when necessary.
That means having writing tools readily available.

Repeat the information he or she heard by saying,
I hear you saying ... Is that correct?

If the speaker does not agree, repeat the process to ensure understanding.

Remain curious and ask questions to determine if he or she is accurately understanding the speaker.
Want to listen to the information being delivered.

Be physically and mentally present in the moment.
Listen by using the ears to hear the message, the eyes to read body language (when listening in person), the mind to visualize the person speaking (when on the telephone), and intuition to determine what the speaker is actually saying.

Establish rapport by following the leader.

Match the momentum, tone of voice, body language, and words used by the speaker.

Please use common sense when matching.

If the speaker is yelling, don't do the same because it will make a bad situation worse.

Remember that effective listening can open many doors for interactions and solutions.

Your views solicited....

My dear friends,

Most important is " The art of listening to different views " ,which infact gives us the experiance of learning more on vital issues.

Inspires us " What I've learned " phenomena.

Listening is more difficult than speaking.

In order to speak you have to get in tune with yourself and then project your thoughts in words.

In order to listen, you have to first silence your mind and then get into tune with the mind of the speaker.
In order to absorb what the speaker says, you have to prevent your thoughts from getting in the way.

Quite often instead of listening to what the speaker is offering and absorbing his/her thoughts, we use our thoughts as a filter.

We reject the thoughts we disagree with and only allow the thoughts we agree with to enter our minds, with the result that we really have not listened to the speaker at all but have merely heard him/her.

Quite often, because our minds wander, we do not even hear the speaker.

that's why we hear with our ears but listen with our mind and that we look with our eyes but see with our mind.

Our attitude and past experiences influence what we absorb through listening and seeing.

Our attitude shapes our experience, and our experience in turn influences our whole being.

So it is most important that we have the right attitude.

We can only receive new ideas and grow if we have an open mind.

Unless we have an open mind to what is being experienced,
we cannot learn from that experience, and thus we limit our possibilities.

So the right attitude is to listen with an open mind.

"Accept what is acceptable but do not reject what is not acceptable."

May be the very thought or principle through which will create the opening in our mind through which the higher consciousness can descend into our mind.

just listen, don't give the solution,

do not try to think about your own issues but just listen - to understand - and say things like,

'okay I know what you are saying' or "I can see that".

That vision helps us to get the benefits of listening.

Your views are awaited....

My dear friends,

As we have seen lots of postings and observations about Vedanta ,Karma, Destiny across from various scriptures,

it is very clear that we need to realize the self so that all doubts seizes which is the essence of our birth.

I also would have asked the same question what we are all exchanging through this thread.

I am also trying to understand the truth of our existence, creation.

I have been earnestly putting effort to understand the same under the guidance of my Guru & the scriptures.

Coming to the question of Destiny, I have gone through the teachings of Ramana Maharishi & other various spiritual masters and coming to understand slowly that Destiny, Fate are predestined .

Initially we may revolt on this statement and may question that there is an effort from me.

It reminds me of Ramana Maharishi's statement to his mother that “The ordainer controls the fate of the soul as per their Prarabdhas, what has to happen will happen how ever you try to stop it and What will not happen however you try to do it will not happen hence observe and be in Silence".

The question of our effort should be only to understand the truth of Maharishi's statement.

This at the beginning will be very very difficult to digest because of our inherent Vasanas accumulated in various births.

Like to share some more information on Destiny, Fate & Free will.

This should give some Idea of how to graduate in our Thought process.

You are responsible for what you are today, your pain and suffering and misery.

You cannot escape your responsibility by blaming fate, for fate is of your own making, or by blaming fate / God for he is but the divine dispenser of fruits in accordance with the merits of your own actions.

You are none to blame but yourself for your present state of affairs.

Fate is nothing but the sum total of your past actions.

By exercising your free will in the past, you have brought on the resultant fate ( Present)

By exercising your free will in the present, wipe out the past record , work for a better future.

Whether for acquiring more happiness or for reducing misery, you have to exercise your free will in the present.

Fate is invisible.

The past is past and is beyond our vision and unseen.

Do not worry about fate or the past.

The present is before you and by exercise of freewill, you can shape the future and this is what you should do.

Start with boundless hope with the presumption that nothing is impossible for you.

If you work with earnestness and persist in your efforts, you can accomplish anything.

If we do not succeed in the first few attempts, it means that in the past we have exercised our free will just in opposite direction.

So our present effort must be proportionate to that past activity to eliminate those effects.

Thus the past obstacles which we face in life are just the gauge by which we have to guide our present activities.

If you do not succeed even after your best effort, do not despair for fate being a product of your free will, can never be stronger than free will.

When we see a nail on the wall we cannot see what exact length of the nail is embedded in the wall.

How much effort is required to pullout the nail depends on how deeply the nail is embedded on the wall.

We do not desist from the attempt to pull out the nail simply because we happen to be ignorant of the length of the nail in the wall or of the number and intensity of strokes which drove it in.

If we do not succeed in the first few attempts, we increase the number of intensity of our present efforts to pull it out.

The nail in the wall represents the obstacles which arise in our present life due to the wrong use of our freewill in the past.

Just as we persevere to pull out the nail from the wall, we should make persistent efforts to counteract the ill effects of our past actions.

We are bound to pull out the nail sooner or later.

Similarly, we are bound to overcome all the obstacles which we face in our life, if we try hard.

We come across people complaining of Back pains often.

Why ? what can be done to reduce the pains is often we ask ourselves.

Back pain is often a sign of injury or some underlying problem related to our spine – its bones, muscles, and other soft tissues.

It could disrupt our work, routine, and our daily activities.

It may even affect our normal lifestyle as we are unable to participate in recreational activities due to this pain.

If the pain prolong for more than a month, we have to consult the doctors other wise the pain may lead to serious injury or disorder to spinal columns.

In most cases, certain pain management methods may be used to achieve back pain relief.

The treatment could range from use of nonprescription drugs to massage therapies and traditional remedies like acupuncture and yoga.

Normal pain reliefs are that people go after pain killers like voveran, ibuflam, spasmo proxivan etc.,

But scientific approach is to have Exercise where in it may relax the muscles by strenghtening & strecthing it through small short distance walks,
stationary bicycling, strecth & flexiblity exercises and swimming.

Reduction of body weight by dieting & yoga.

Ice bags & Hot water massage on the pain areas realizes the blood flow around the area and relaxes the muscles. There by pain reduces.

Physical therapy uses different techniques, such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, cryotherapy, massage, exercise, and heat in order to relieve muscle spasms, increase flexibility, strengthen muscles, relieve pain, and accelerate the healing process.

Massage therapy is more effective than both chiropractic and acupuncture for relieving pain due to muscle spasms.

The benefits of massage therapy include improved circulation, which helps alleviate muscle soreness; muscle relaxation, which helps muscles move without pain; and increased endorphins, the body’s natural pain relievers.

Hydrotherapy for back pain relieves pain by loosening the muscles and ridding the body of toxins that produce pain and inflammation.

Water exercise therapy has many benefits.

The buoyancy of water supports the patient’s weight, allowing a greater range of motion when the person has too much pain to exercise on land.

This makes water exercise therapy ideal for everyone who seeks relieve from back pain.

Additionally, the water temperature should be warm enough to relax muscles, which also helps relieve pain.

As every one is at present health concious and it is neccessary to watch out our belly fat.

For women the belly size to be maintained at below 35 inches and for men below 40 inches.

Stress can be restricted by meditations, yoga etc.,

Cauese for stress is when our bodies secrete harmone called " Cortisol " It stimulates the production of fat contents in deep abdomen.

60 - 70 gms of protein a day is sufficient for our healthy muscles and bones.

This can be our diet with peanuts, avocada, nuts & cereals, boiled beans, dal.

Eating without proteins is bad for health.

Fast foods in fact adds more collestral.

Eat fibre foods like bread, fruits, vegetables & whole grains.

Our goal is to minimize belly fat, we need to be selective about which foods we eliminate.

Protein is necessary to increase fat burning and ward off muscle loss.

Plan out in such a way to cut the belly size....
