Bhajjis in winter
Posted 2nd February 2008 at 01:13 PM by Devika Menon
As the temperatures drop the consumption of ever tasty bhajjis or pakodas have increased in my household. There is nothing more divine than savouring plateful of assorted bhajjis like onion, patatoes, cauliflower etc, accompanied by numerous cups of hot tea or filter coffee . Ditto on rainy days too. The thought is so lip smacking that as i write i am tempted to go back and prepare some more of them. I do suffer from guilt trips later but get back to it the next chilly day.

| | yeah! come rain or chill we need some hot snack. do you know to make fluffy bhajji all u need to pour hot oil in the batter and then make bajji, it comes out fluffy. i remember as a teen age one trying to make tomato bhajji as my grandpa loved them in the evening and getting whacked by my mom, as more oil consumption on all these trials.. |
